-BASAP is a program available to assist students before and after school.  Our school does not do career planning. Teachers refer students for counseling and assessment after completing the SAT process.

-We feel the needs of all students are met through various programs.

-Teachers have “data parties” and thoroughly evaluate and assess student data on district on state assessments.

-More structured SAT process is in place

We do not feel this fully applies to the elementary level.

-SAT team process

-Intentional guidance interview and classroom presentation at all grade levels

-Senior Exit surveys and graduate surveys

-More strategic gathering and review of program effectiveness

-Concern  that this standard encompasses too many things to adequately rate appropriately

-The team felt we are strongest on academic and career planning but not as intentional with addressing physical, social and emotional student needs.

What constitutes a physical need?

Free and Reduced lunches?

Hygiene discussions with students?

Adaptive PE for SPED students?

ACE scholarship for students to take college level courses?

School’s cooperation with the Jesse Tree program.

Free school supplies available in the HS counselor’s office and at the elementary
