COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course gives the student an understanding of the various climates, vegetations, landforms, minerals, and natural resources of the world and their relationship to man. Geography of the U.S., Canada, Europe, Middle East, and Asia is emphasized. Chart, graph, and map interpretation is stressed on a daily basis. Map work and projects will be used. Tests and maps, along with homework will be the basis for grading. iMovie, Keynote, and other iPad apps will be used as well.
