Communities That Care

If you have been looking for a way to get more involved in your community and benefit the youth of your community, THIS IS IT!
Three Rivers Public Health along with many other local community partners are coming together to empower youth and families in Washington County using a process called Communities that Care (CTC). CTC guides communities through a proven five-phase change process. Using prevention science as its base, CTC promotes healthy youth development, improves youth outcomes, and reduces problem behaviors.
