COURSE DESCRIPTION:
High school students will take a college level course as an extension of Peru State College to offer college credit to Fort Calhoun seniors. Students will complete PHYS 201. The stress is placed on analyzing situations and solving problems in the areas of mechanics, sound, and heat in this mathematically based physics course. This class includes required lectures, problem solving, and laboratory components. Trigonometry is used extensively in this course.
