The student learns a broad overview of the general field, and the fundamental principles and methods of psychology. This course is designed to be a transferable course. Main topics include physiological psychology, learning, memory, human growth and development, personality, motivation and emotion, social psychology, abnormal behavior, and therapeutic approaches.
